He is also the Director of Bharathi Payilagam IAS Academy, Anna Nagar, mentoring aspirants for civil services with a vision to build a stronger administrative framework for the nation.

Additionally, he serves as the Thiruvotriyur Bhag Vidhyarthi Pramukh with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), playing a key role in youth engagement and nationalistic initiatives.
